I was actually shocked to see this chart. This has both positive (get with a firm,stay with a firm/bigger scale funded projects) and negative (in house style only , shareholders pushing quantity and sales over quality and storytelling etc). The animation industry seems really small and as with any industry its important to be kind and reliable to peopleon the way up as you’ll meet those people again on your way down.
